We collect minimal personal data only as necessary to deliver our service: email, contact info, device type, region. Used for billing, support, and service improvement.

User data is stored with AES-256 encryption. Database access follows strict RBAC with full audit logging for every access.

POPOLILI never sells, rents, or shares your personal data with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or court order.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data anytime by writing to privacy@popolili.com — we respond within 15 business days.

We comply with GDPR, CCPA, PIPL and other regional regulations. Cross-border transfers use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

The legal agreement governing use of POPOLILI services

All dramas on POPOLILI have full, legal digital distribution and sub-licensing rights. Partners may use them within the scope of authorization.

Partners must not reverse-engineer, crack DRM, scrape/cache content, remove watermarks or any copyright notices — violations will be legally pursued.

Service is delivered "AS IS". To the fullest extent by law, we disclaim indirect damages from downtime or third-party failures.

Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach uncured after 30 days written notice; accrued bills settle pro-rata.
05
Governing law: Singapore (optionally Hong Kong for APAC partners). Disputes first through amicable negotiation, else SIAC arbitration.

IP protection & takedown request procedures

POPOLILI respects legitimate IP rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@popolili.com.

Valid DMCA notices require: rights-holder identity, exact URLs of alleged infringement, proof (cert / authorization), contact info, sworn statement of accuracy.

Upon receiving a compliant notice, we will remove or disable access within 24–48h and notify the uploader, who may file a counter-notification per law.

For repeat infringers (users or partners), we reserve the right to permanently terminate access and freeze associated account funds without prior notice.

Anti-piracy tech stack: DRM encryption, invisible watermarking, domain/IP whitelisting, screen-recording detection, playback fingerprinting, multi-dim crawler patrols.
